Dear Valued Business,

The Dickinson Dolphins Swim Team is a parent run club, sanctioned under USA Swimming that now runs year round. The club has over 100 swimmers and we continue to see our numbers grow each season!

Our season is just kicking off and we are reaching out to businesses for sponsorships. We’d appreciate your help. Sponsorship allows us to continue to expand our club and provide opportunities for our athletes (Team t-shirts, equipment for the pool, running of swim meets, athlete and coach training as well as grants). For your support, we’d like to help your business through advertising.

Please look over the sponsorship form included and please reach out to our Team Manager if you have any questions. 

Sponsorship deadline (in order to have your business recognized as a T-shirt Sponsor), is Friday, November 28th, 2025. You are welcome to submit sponsorships after this deadline, please be aware we will be unable to add your company logo to the T-shirt for the current season.

Team T-Shirts Sponsor - $1,500

The business logo will be printed on the back of our team shirts for both Short Course (winter) and Long Course (summer) seasons. Your T-shirt sponsorship will allow us to give 1 DDST team shirt to each swimmer and coach per season! 

Grant Sponsor - $1,000

Help a swimmer in need join the swim team. Your sponsorship will go directly into our grant program for underprivileged youth in our community. This will allow a full or partial payment of monthly dues for a swimmer who cannot afford the full cost of the swim team. 

Team Sponsor - $500

 All of the above sponsors will have their company logo printed on our home meet programs, added to our website and displayed on our Facebook page. In addition, a new scoreboard has been purchased and your logo will be displayed on rotation when that installation is complete (date unknown at this time). All sponsors giving at the levels listed above will also have their business recognized during our live meet streaming when available. 

Gift Cards and Other Donations - ____________

We appreciate any and all donations. We are specifically always interested in donated gift cards. We use these items in raffles, in appreciation of our volunteers, during our end of year banquet, and for various other events. Please consider donating gift cards in any amount.
